The man who slashed the throat of ice hockey player Adam Johnson last month has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.

This wasn't some freak accident. His skate was 4 feet over the ice. This guy needs jail time. Not a game suspension. When I played no one ever got hit with skates above the knee.
