Kicker AT THIS LINK to talk about his two newest offers from Michigan and Arizona State.
Nordin also mentions Penn State in this article, saying PSU is tied with Michigan for his No. 1 school. Which is somewhat conflicting from what he's been telling me when we've talked recently.
As I noted in my notes last week, Nordin was on track to make a commitment in Feb/March and told me early on that PSU was his frontrunner with a lead over his other finalist Iowa. He later backed away from that timeline after discussing his options with family and some other people. Then the last few times I've been in touch with him, he hasn't had much to say about his relationship with PSU and suggested that the early momentum with him and PSU had slowed down. This was before he earned his Michigan offer this past weekend. I had previously asked if he would wait on a Wolverines offer, and he said no, suggesting that it was unlikely that they'd even offer. Now, though, I'm thinking a potential Michigan offer is what changed his tune. As I also noted last week, we know that PSU didn't stop contacting him, so not all the dots connected with what he was saying. Now he's saying again that PSU is still at the top. Not sure exactly what's up, or if he's just not revealing his hand, or what. I'll see what I can find out.
