Anyone have tickets stuck in this nightmare of a system?

Bought tickets on stubhub and got this message:

"Your tickets are ready!

Your tickets have been made available on Ticketmaster Account Manager.
  1. Open the Ticketmaster Account Manager website on your default browser and search for your event team, venue or theater.
  2. Login or register your account on your default browser, making note of which email address is used to sign in.
  3. Click on the 'Accept ticket' button provided below.
  4. Your tickets will be available on the Ticketmaster Account Manager website and NOT in your Ticketmaster app.
Helpful Information
  • Do not print your tickets unless the event, venue, or team specifies it. Some items like parking passes may require printing.
  • You can always retrieve the ticket links from your StubHub Orders page.
  • Add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay if the option is available. If not, bookmark the mobile web page for easy access once you’re at the event!"
So now I'm in the ticketmaster account manager on my phone's browser since the tickets won't populate in the stubhub app or the ticketmaster app and despite recommendations to move the tickets to my apple wallet, there isn't actually any method for moving the damn things. I'm fairly tech savvy but this is ridiculous.

I could not move my Fiesta Bowl tickets from the SeatGeek app to my Apple Wallet. So that may be a thing for big events, and luckily there were no hangups with bad WiFi when we entered the stadium.

But I could always see my tickets on the SeatGeek app. Hopefully you can get it sorted out soon. I know it is maddening, particularly with the outrageous fees they charge on top of the ticket price. You would think they would have enough money to develop a more seamless customer experience.

Seat Geek downloads into their own app so you don’t need WiFi or cellular service to make it work….hence not needing the apple wallet. That message was noted on the screen, but since it’s not the norm these days, it’s probably easily missed.

I had the same problem, and then some. Couldn't find my tickets on the StubHub app. Finally decided to reinstall the app and there they were. Eventually had to go through this process twice, and, again, there was no way to download them to Apple Wallet.

This is why I only use Ticketmaster. Lower prices = More aggravation.

My current problem is with Ticketmaster
Fastlax , I had similar problem with tix from vivid seats which then uses Ticketmaster for transfer. Turns out I had personal email on Ticketmaster and work email in vivid seats so wouldn’t work until I made new acct in Ticketmaster with same email as vivid . Likely not your issue, but just giving another idea.

My issue is ticketmaster created a secondary system called "Account Manager". It isn't the account management page in your ticketmaster account, because that would be silly. It is a totally different system, same login info though.

From here I have to type orange bowl, to get to this stupid page:

https://am.ticketmaster.com/orangebowl/

And none of this lives in the regular ticketmaster website or app even though its the same account info. The only place I can access the tickets is through that orange bowl link in the phone's browser. There is no stand alone app for "account manager". The tickets are there and I can access them, so that's not the issue, but it's the dumbest ****ing thing I've ever seen and if I can't get a decent signal entering the stadium I'm going to blow a gasket.

To add insult, it has a reminder to put the tickets in your apple wallet to avoid potential connectivity issues, but there is absolutely no option anywhere in that system to move them to my wallet.

Was hoping someone here could make me feel foolish and point me to something super obvious that I'm missing.

This level of customer service from an entity that charges everyone an exorbitant amount for a "transaction fee" on every ticket. I hope that everything works out for you getting into the game.
