I had the presale code for PSU hockey tickets. Using 3 different browsers, at different times, went on the Ticketmaster website, and selected a ticket. When I actually tried to buy it, each time got a pop-up "Our map is having problems, try later". Fortunately, got a great seat on Vivid Seats from a PSU season ticket holder. Cost me more than double face value, but I'll take it.

i got mine right at 10:00 with no problems. Not sure if there were issues with other browsers (I was on Chrome).

One of the worst organizations on Earth. The fees(if successful) making the purchase are nothing short of criminal....

Many of those fees go to the venue and other people, not just ticketmaster.

While high, that's the cost of events these days.

There is frequently a modest "facility fee" which is only a couple of bucks that goes to the venue. Where do the rest of the fees go if they are not going to Ticketmaster?

I don't know where the fees go but I do know that I can save $20 per ticket if I'm able to go to the local box office.

Not always. Around here, even if you go to the Box Office they tack the fees on anyway.

I just bought 5 concert tickets the other day for $17.00 ea.

Fees tacked on another $50. Ticketmaster is ridiculous.

I know that I am getting barraged with Ticketmaster spam emails to buy tickets for this game. Got two last night, deleted them, and when i woke up this morning had two more. And then deleted them. And now this afternoon, just got two more. So six emails in total.

Go to the bottom of the e-mail and click unsubscribe.

You're welcome.

I had the same problem.

What a bunch on incompetence.

And then they ask you how your experience was on Ticketmaster......

I always say, great, other than the ridiculous fees.

I hate TM as well. Buy cheapest tix and support hockey team if you live in the area. Team will need the support.

I suspect our sellout streak is going to end at 74 with this game. There are a LOT of seats still available.
