Honestly, its hard to trust "scientists" today. Its all a bunch of bought off BS.
Here's another. I LOVE eggs. A friend of mine was on a low cholesterol diet and asked his doctor about eggs. The reply "if you eat one egg a year, that's one egg too many." After stopping eggs, he had his cholesterol checked and it was even higher. He gave up, went on the Adkins diet (which, at the time, was considered witch doctor-ish) and his cholesterol level dropped in half. All he did was eat eggs, steak, pork, vegetables and cheese.
