Normalizing for population, in order, it is; PA, IA, OK, SD, NJ, DE, WV, MO, OH, and MN in the top-10.

Also, this is somewhat of an indicator of what should be the best college programs, if recruiting lived up to demographics. "Somewhat" because not all rankings are equal, a top 15-20 guy is not as likely to be a top college performer as a top 5 guy. Still ...

Top-5 in each weight class, compiled, those with two or more.:

Another factor to think about is grade. A freshman ranked anywhere in the top-20 will surely be much, much higher as a senior.

Heaviest freshman is Cody Chittum of Blair, ranked 5th at 138. He is the highest ranked Fr.
Maxximus Martinez of St. John's Bosco is 19th at 113. All the rest are 106.

Jr- 18
Sr- 42
