Life long Eagles fan here....just curious how my Steeler friends feel about this. I have seen a variety of opinions on this guy. Are you thumbs up or down on this guy?.....what say you?

Wow , the Fair one has given the thumbs down on Coach T like a Roman Emperor . I feel much better about Coach T , than I do on the Pirates giving long term contracts to Worley, Locke and Morton , or even one year contracts to the little 3.
His current contract was through 2016, and the Steeler's way is to re-up with 2 years left. This is how they handled Cowher also. It helps with stability -- assistant coaches don't panic and jump at other offers, etc. I'm not unhappy about it, but I'm really hoping to see better results against the top teams in the league the next few years.
So I guess I'm thumbs up.
