Transfer Rumor: CRUISELINER ALERT!!

I think the funniest part of the guys post is he said Cael will bring each kid into a meeting and test their loyalty, as if Cael would ever give message board rumors a second thought or let it create a distraction in his room. That guy has a high sense of self importance.

I don’t blame anyone. If you have the opportunity to nab a roster spot for a team that occasionally places top-20, you take it.

Gonna need more than a few blue-chippers when one of your highest ranked wrestlers is losing to Long Island University.

It's amazing how much sh&t they talk. They can't even crack the top 15, let alone the top 10.

He said he's a more accomplished college wrestler than Van Ness. I mean I could see Henckel but it wouldn't make creedo correct..
FWIW, which may not be much:

When presented with the fact that SVN and Kasak both finished 3rd at NCAAs, Crackers backed off the statement about the guy in question being more accomplished in college than SVN. He also stated flatly that the guy in question is not Haines. So it's become increasingly clear he is referring to Kasak.

Crackers also stated that the other two PSU wrestlers were both "blue chip recruits".

Of course, these tidbits were buried in beaucoup insults (some kind of funny) to anyone who questioned his credibility.

You Penn State dill wads really like my pickle reference? Well get ready because one of the top dudes you named is coming to RU! Plus 2 other blue chippers are done with Slingblade. Acting classes must be a huge major at Ped State, because the acting job this wrestler is doing, pretending he is happy, is Oscar worthy.Have a nice Turkey Day all you Sanduskys.
Such a sweet guy. I'm sure he is a loving non-custodial father and ex-husband. I wish him nothing but lollipops and rainbows...............and a highly qualified psychiatrist. RUcrackers has no question mark at the end of his handle because there is no doubt. None

Ok was only focused on the guy already at PSU. I'll throw Nate Desmond in as the other one of the recruits he's guessing ..

I got the impression that Crackers was referring to recruits that have since enrolled at PSU, but who knows? But in that case Sealey could be one. That actually isn't the craziest thing in the world if Sealey gets squeezed at PSU, as the 165 spot at RU has been a black hole for years. No clue who the second one might be.

Of course, take all this with a couple large boulders of rock salt.

No one would want to leave PSU for Rutgers, unless it’s because of the 30 man cap. Rutgers lost a lot when Buxton and Donny left

Yeah, that's a huge factor as well.

But don't say no one, as Nicky Cruiseliner did it once upon a time. Different circumstances, sure, but it can happen.

Someone who has posted that they wrestled at Rutgers for Sacchi (arrived in 1990), and was there in 1995, wouldn’t be in his early 60s now. And Rutgers didn’t have any AA wrestlers between 1984 and 2001.

Nobody. That post was in 2020, and no wrestler above 174 (maybe above 157) transferred to Rutgers until 2023 when Slavikouski arrived as a grad transfer from Harvard.

But that link was worth reading, if for no other reason to see Pat Mineo swatting away Creedo with stubborn facts such as: some Brooks-level guy is transferring to Rutgers without Goodale's knowledge, yeah right.

Even if I thought there was some smoke to this story (haven't seen evidence of it yet), I really don't see why it benefits the board or any PSU fan in general to postulate on who MIGHT BE slightly less enchanted with PSU and who MIGHT consider transferring out anywhere (let alone to Rutgers). Look, we ALL KNOW that PSU has a wealth of talent, great depth and a ton of competition at most weight classes and we all know that recruits sometimes make mistakes or back off a previous commitment (or even get told by staff that it's OK for them to look around), but why mention names of current wrestlers and recruits? Their families and friends and maybe even the wrestlers themselves can and probably do read this board and I can't imagine that it's a good look for us to postulate on such things that appear to be nothing more than a stupid rumor (and I'm not suggesting that someone currently on the team or a current recruit might not transfer out or change directions based on the scholarship cap, competition in the room, etc. etc., I just don't think it pays for us to continue discussing (and believe me, I know that we will, because it's what we do)).

Following the Rutgers board… he’s now saying his previous posts where he spoke of wrestling for Rutgers in the 90s was to throw people off so they wouldn’t know he was a 2-time AA for Rutgers from the early 80s.

The following guys are having one or more of the following issues and are considering a transfer. Issues include weight management, classroom, social, family, health, financial, and wrestling position on the team.

LL, Davis, Bartlett, SVN, Kasak, MM, Levi, Carter, Kerk, Barr, Facundo, Cochran, Nagao, McHenry, Sealey, the Mirasolas.

Discuss!!

This is such a horribly embarrassing thread for this board. Some of you need to find some non-wrestling hobbies for balance.

Reads like one of @vhsalum's login users could be this Cracker/Creedo fella.

AJ was doing a clinic in New Jersey per pyles. I don't think AJ is planning on staying 3 year at cal st. Bakersfield.

Yep, it's amazing how an anonymous crackpot on another board can lead to 5 pages of unhinged speculation on this board.

The whole thing is just silly and I don’t know why I’ve been addicted to reading about it for the last three days. The idea that an elite Penn State wrestler and an elite Iowa wrestler have been said privately that they are leaving at the end of the year and are both going to Rutgers is just preposterous.
