cutting the grass last night, it occurred to me the Democrats have a problem. While I like Trump doing his best bull in a china shop routine, the pendulum will certainly swing. This is, by many accounts, the best of times....stock market, inflation, jobs, minority jobs, North Korea, winning the World Cup.....as a citizen it is really hard to complain. There is no longer a large upside; how can things possibly get much better? There is certainly a huge downside.

So lets assume that Trump laundered money and the Dems find a handful of GOPers to go along and Trump is impeached. They install Pence as POTUS and he appoints a new VP. In the meantime, the economy tanks and things go bad. Who do you think the american electorate will blame?
