Hardly surprising. After all, he IS a loser. This time, the judge roundly smacked him down in his attempt to delay even further the defamation lawsuit filed against him by writer E. Jean Carroll. She claims he defamed her in response to her assertion that he raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman department store changing room back in the mid 1990's.
The funniest part of this whole story is encapsulated in the following quoted paragraph:
"The move came a month after a state judge rejected Trump’s claim that he is immune from a private lawsuit, setting the stage for him to be required to submit a DNA sample that could be compared to a stain on Carroll’s dress, which she had saved from that day, and be compelled to answer questions under oath."
She kept the dress!! Bwahahahaha! Shades of Bill Clinton! Gawd, would that be funny - not to mention satisfying - if ol' Cheeto was foiled by his own wad, and the resulting DNA test he no doubt desperately hopes to avoid.
