He may have to go the 1AA route to get PT. Feel for the kid, he has some talent, just seems to never be "the guy".
Interesting observation from Petrino about Tyler's emotions. Most of us chase our dreams and Tyler is no different. I hope he finds success at his next, and likely last, stop.
Wow, kind of forgot all about him. I'm surprised he ended up there, I had heard from a couple people that he was homesick while
at PSU so I figured he'd go back to CA. And to go to a school where Bobby Petrino is the HC, slimy.
Hope it works out for him.
On another note, since we are talking about Louisville, did anyone think that Teddy Bridgewater would be so good as a pro?
I'll admit I didn't see that one.
In hindsight both Ferguson and Steven Bench may have been better off sticking with their original commitments. IIRC Bench verballed to Rice and Ferguson to Houston.
Ferguson was going to enroll at Western Kentucky, where Petrino was after Arkansas, and then followed him to Louisville when Petrino got that job again.

After trying at PSU and Louisville, and not being able to make it as the number one guy, it might be time to take a realistic look and go somewhere he can be guaranteed to start, since it seems like that is his ultimate goal. He as given it two shots at bigger places. Might be time to step it back a little. Hope he does well wherever he goes.
