So, It's taken the Obama Admin 15 months to authorize strikes on ISIS's cash cow?
Perhaps the suggestion in the InfoWars article that the Obama Admin was hopeful that the cash would enable ISIS to take out Assad is on the mark?
But, now that Putin is propping up Assad, the ouster of Assad looks doubtful.
Medvedev recently accused the U.S. of supporting ISIS in the Syrian conflict. A connection perhaps?
Nevertheless, it appears that the French have shamed Obama in to taking a glove off.
