Has anyone had the time to wade through this and provide an executive summary based on facts...not the Freeh version executive summary?Breaking: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Response to Jerry Sandusky's Petition for Post-Conviction Relief: http://co.centre.pa.us/centreco/media/upload/SANDUSKY ANSWER TO PETITION FOR POST CONVICTION RELIEF.pdf
I can attempt to break it down further a bit later on, but I read through all 90 pages during my lunch break this afternoon, and I can't see any of Sandusky's claims succeeding in light of the Commonwealth's arguments. In my opinion, if PCRA motions are Hail Mary passes as a last ditch effort for convicted persons, this one was not only intercepted but returned for a touchdown.Has anyone had the time to wade through this and provide an executive summary based on facts...not the Freeh version executive summary?

What happened with the 30 days countdown to produce the documents. I remember reading a ruling from a
judge with said 30 days to turn over documents. I can not remember which case...
I have heard that the attorneys have the records. That was for Pepper Hamilton (Freeh) to produce documents in the Paterno case and the deadline was sometime in August. Since we haven't heard of any appeal, I would think that the Paterno team should be in possession of the documents they requested at this point, but I'm just a layman.
Eventually the court/judge is going to just say enough is enough no?
