I don't know why people are so nervous about losing Franklin to USC. First and foremost they are going to want someone who recruits in LA and will keep Chip Kelly from passing them in recruiting. Franklin give them what they need in that regard. I doubt he is at the top of the list.

If Franklin ever leaves it will probably be for some school East of the Rockies whose boosters go crazy and pay him $10 million per season
