No, it really wasn't. He was clearly critical of the OC. Thought we should have run the ball more. Given the defense played, he also thought we should have taken some "shots over top". Thinks we have to go back and look how we are calling plays on 3rd down. In a sense he does not seem happy with the management of the offense.

I was actually thinking before this game that maybe Franklin was going to just let his coordinators call the shots. Maybe he should have put some input into that offense? Just a shot in the dark statement I know. I guess my concerns are the same as most.

But hey, even with the inept offense, they still hung with them at the shoe.

Well he's the HC, tell Yurcich he's on the clock and quit with funky plays. While you're at it, put in a Center who can consistently snap the ball.

I think it's silly to say the difference was 3rd downs. 3rd down was bad but so was 1st & 2nd down. The offense was completely inept.

Agree. Although after that dumpster fire on offense any HC is going to be critical of his OC.

Singleton got a couple chunk running plays early, especially going left and then they never really went back to it.
