I can see how his values and principles align with Franklin's (and even his predecessor).
Agree, very impressed with how he comes across as a person. And you can see it's sincere, that's who he is. No wonder the UVA community had nothing but glowing remarks as he left. The guy seems like an awesome addition to the staff. I know nothing about his coaching and recruiting at this point, but he comes across as the type of person you want leading young men.
