We are 16th and would be lined up to play overall #1 Seed Nebraska in round of 16. Not sure how Michigan State (9th) and Michigan (12th) were seeded above us when they were both behind us in the Big 10 standings. We swept MSU in the one match we played and split with Michigan - we swept them and they beat us in 5.

Probably us losing 6 of our last 11 had something to do with it.

MSU and Michigan are ranked in front of us because, quite frankly, they should be. This is not a "great" PSU volleyball team. Decent, yes, but far from "great". There are problems all over the floor starting with defense. We don't block well enough and we are incredibly inconsistent. With that said, if anyone can pull a rabbit out of a hat....Russ is the guy...but, I just don't see it happening. Nebraska takes our bracket handily.
