I thought it was pretty good. Goes beyond the national narrative that the original presentment created which was later reinforced by Louie and the BOT then etched into stone by the sanctimonious Emmert.

I've always said that mistakes were made, but it was not a "cover up in the name of football", and to be clear, I highly doubt "Joe knew". No one knew exactly what Sandusky was doing (in scope or magnitude).

sorry, but the film gives way too much screen time to Andrew Shubin (without disclosing his financial incentive to take the position he has), Matt Sandusky (IMHO a compulsive liar and criminal, but I can say that without getting trashed since he is NOT A VICTIM as determined in a court of law), and Bernie McCue (ugh, no comment)

the one student they interviewed, while earnest, was several rungs below most of the students with whom I have spoken since 11/9/11. Where was the young man who was schooling CNN the night of the "riots"?

and again, it seems Bar-Lev couldn't delve into the source of this scandal: the endemic failures of the state child welfare system, the corruption of Corbutt and the OAG office, and the overwhelming efforts made to protect TSM.

My sister watched it on Netflix, and I told her I would too. She said, well, it's gonna make you mad. I will say I didn't think it was as bad as I thought it would be.

Hate-hate-hated Shubin, though, and little to no mention of Corbett, state, Second Mile and BoT. But that didn't surprise me..

5 minutes of research is enough to know that Matt is obviously lying not to mention Shubin and others. Imo, the "filmmaker" knew this and didn't care. He knew the only people that would call him out would be Penn State supporters and there aren't enough to matter. The film panders to the uninformed who believe the BS sold by the AG, BOT and media. Sad.
Check out the movie with John Ziegler's commentary.

As you stated, a lot of BS was sold by them. What you fail to see is that the biggest seller of BS is Ziegler. That too is sad.
