Watching a game on a plane via "WatchESPN" app

I'll be missing the game at the Beav this weekend, as I head to Arizona with the family. I have the WatchESPN app loaded onto my ipad. If I pay for Wifi (if available on my flight), does anyone see a reason why I won't be able to watch the game from 37,000 feet?
