....guess what....it's possible for a minority and/or female to actually be fired for reasons other than race/gender discrimination.....they may actually be fired for their performance...who would have thunk that!!! Especially with the case being tried in SF!!!
How many incompetents have hidden behind similar claims when their failures were about them lacking skills, dedication and other objective reasons? Lots... and it usually works with the sympathetic brain washed....but not this time...
They even used the infamous dog whistle claim....don't believe what they said, it was all wink, wink among the man and his minions....couldn't possibly be she wasn't up to the task....I'm glad it's been rejected here in an overwhelming way
