So now that Ryan is on vacation in Hawaii for all the work he did and we begin that horrendously awful time where there really is nothing new to talk about except how much weight players have gained and how much we hope we avoid any serious injuries, it is time to make our way too early 2016 prediction...
I see us going at the worst 7-5 with losses to all the teams that should give us some problems (Pitt, MSU, OSU, Iowa, Mich) and the fans once again lose their minds over an underachieving season. The seat gets VERY hot for CJF.
At best I see us going 9-3 with losses to Mich, OSU and MSU. I see us going 5-1 as we host OSU and losing another close one at home against the Bucks in a night game white out crowd. Then we are 9-2 after a late FG helps us beat a ranked Iowa for CJF's first win over a top-25 team. Unfortunately MSU comes in and beats us in a close senior day battle at home. I think 9-3 with a revamped offense and defense should be actually somewhat doable for this team and would definitely help to show progress for the program. A win over Pitt is a must.
