Unlikely. See guys like Troy Apke who had a multi-year career in the NFL (and even started for a minute) despite not being a highly regarded recruit, due to his development at PSU.
 
Most here didn’t expect him to be drafted. He became a better player after he was in the NFL. I counter with Ryan Bates. Undrafted, NFL coaching made him a starter for Buffalo. He was a turnstile at PennState.

Rasheed Walker is someone that needed to leave Penn State to get the coaching he needs
Truthfully, a lot of schools struggling with some players and it could be for a variety of issues but it does feel like we consistently under-develop OLs but we get out of some other positions
If we're being honest Apke got drafted because of his 40 time and very little else. Some team is always going to gamble on a DB that's 6'1"/200 who runs a 4.34 or whatever his official time was. Apke also hasn't really succeeded--he got benched after 3 or 4 starts in 2020 and is on the PS now.
