I reckon he's played a lot of QB for his school instead of WR. Seems to be the knock on him. He camped at PSU and they liked him. Not sure if he went to camps.

"evaluators/raters" really aren't smart enough to project an athlete like Evans to another position than what he is playing in H.S. In CJF we trust!!
