Not meant to be a shot at our current guys (injuries play a part, to be sure, having Wartman-White would obviously make a big difference), and not saying that our LB's are bad necessarily. But given the year-in, year-out talent that Linebacker U has at the position, I can't remember the last time that the LB position was such a relatively weak link in our defense. Any comparable situations in recent memory? I can't remember any.
