Washington doesn't even deserve to be in the conversation. Can you imagine if Penn State played 127th out of 128 FBS out of conference schedule? They would never get off it. You would hear it ringing from the rooftops 24/7. Add to the fact the PAC 12 is an absolutely putrid conference. You can go thru every team in the PAC 12 and not find 1 decent win let alone good win out of conference. And please don't give me this Washington State and Colorado crap. There are 68 power 5 teams. Washington State and Colorado's last 4 years average rival recruiting rankings are 56 and 65. Can the committee at least be honest and admit they have little elite talent. Washington played one school (USC) with talent. They had the stage all themselves, to prove they belong, at home, in November, when it should count and they SPIT THE BIT! What a joke! Don't even get me started on Michigan. The biggest elitist choke school over the last Half Century and 2nd place isn't even close. Talk about life imitating art. What's playing out is like watching Scent of a Woman where Al Pacino goes " Here's Charlie facing the fire and there's George sitting in Big Daddy's pocket. And what are you going to do? Your going to punish Charlie and reward George. Why? Because he isn't a Baird Man." All I can say is Penn State has never been and never will be a Baird Man and thank God for that. What a Sham!
