Thanks El.Someone please pin this to the top already -- gets asked at least 3x per week: on National Letter of Intent Day, Nov 11.
Also, I'm sure he'll make the right decision. Whether or not it's the right decision for YOU remains to be seen.
If he makes the wrong decision he can always change his mind, like Spencer Lee and David Carr and other members of Spyker's fantasy squad will one day do.Someone please pin this to the top already -- gets asked at least 3x per week: on National Letter of Intent Day, Nov 11.

True, but they've been working to do it the same day, just Skyping (for lack of better term) from each recruit's home or school instead of flying them to Austin. Or maybe the Flo crew goes on the road and knocks out 1 recruit per day until 11/11. Whatever, it's less than a week from now. Despite what some fans want, it's the biggest decision of the recruits' lives. We can wait.FLO has cancelled the on line commitment announcement show. They couldn't get permission from the NCAA to pay to bring them into town. They may do something else but it hasn't been announced.
Or transfer to Rutgers. If he makes the wrong decision he can always change his mind, like Spencer Lee and David Carr and other members of Spyker's fantasy squad will one day do.
Maybe I'm missing something but unless Fix is going to go up a weight class, I wouldn't think we could ask for better 125 pounder than Suriano and that includes Lee and Teasdale as well. I have a feeling that Suriano is going to be very dominant for PSU.

Based off what I've hear it's not at all out of the realm of possibilityNot sure who will stay at 125 if there's room for both great. I just think Suriano is going to be a warrior out there. I'd really love to see him beat Gilman.
I'm not sure what expectations are for Fix. If he goes to OSU, he'll have to fit in with Piccinnini and Brock. I've seen speculation that he might go either 133 or 141. But, I've also read that he could be a career 125 pounder.Fix won't be a 125

Did you clear that with Spyker?Fix won't be a 125
Fix is not going to b a 25 pounder.
As far as announcement. Check HR for next schedule implosion.
Would not want you to jeopardize your position of super secret Okie Cowboy insider. But r u free to enlighten us as to where the young man plans on continuing his education?
I know what day he is going to announce! I was sworn to secrecy so I can't say. I want to keep my secret decoder ring
No Nick will probably move up next season....You think Surianos a career 125?
When Annieat285 and I chatted with Nick at the Nittany Lion Inn after the Ohio State match last year, we met his dad also. His dad is pretty close to the same height as Nick.
Heaven only knows where Nick is next year. I'm speculating at least one more year at 125. He's really a muscular, solid young man. Anyone have an idea of his "genetics"?
It will either be the 15th or 16th of November. Should know exactly which day soon.

Tryna tell us something? JKIt will be sooner!
Hard to say genetically. His brother is a few inches taller.
I'm in the camp that he'll likely need to move up for a simpler reason: last year he was a very defined 126. Hard to believe he won't gain some muscle in 4-5 years of a college strength program. But that's "someday," not necessarily "next year." My guess is that it'll happen if/when he takes a shirt.
He's also extraordinarily disciplined, so if his body allows him to be a career 125, he will be (unless the coaches tell him to go up).
Nice post, but the quoted summary sentence sounds funny. Cael probably deserves more credit for the weights' working out beyond "go[ing] after the best guys".... Cael's recruiting strategy is so successful - you go after the best guys and the weights will work themselves out. ...
cael goes after the best, the coaches and the room determine where they end up.Nice post, but the quoted summary sentence sounds funny. Cael probably deserves more credit for the weights' working out beyond "go[ing] after the best guys".
No, just having a little fun, but sooner as in before 15/16.Tryna tell us something? JK
There is a good point just below the surface of the words, but the words themselves are funny. As in, if we think about the words, then we wonder which big-time coach is *not* "going after the best"?cael goes after the best, the coaches and the room determine where they end up.

You know, the words are funny. Like a clown is funny. They amuse me. They make me laugh. They're here to amuse me. You know, how the words tell the story.
But what do I know? I might fold under questioning.
