What is CJF doing right now?

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills on this board today...

Anyway, what is CJF doing today/this weekend? I know there are some former coaches at different levels on the board, and others with inside information, but what's he doing right now as things unfold around him? Obviously he knows what's going on and I would imagine he has had a heart to heart with Shoop, so he knows the likelihood of him leaving, but is he calling recruits? Calling potential replacements? Meeting with the rest of his staff?

Anyone ever been close to a situation like this that can shed some light?
