I see a lot of posts talking about the expectation and the norm for PSU football. IMO, the norm for PSU football should be:
- Recruit on a high level: consistently top-10 class, top-5 in a good year, top 20 in an off year, average around 8-12.
- Win a lot: 9-3 average, 10-2 good, 1 loss or undefeated great. We should win BIG at least once every 3-4 years.
- Graduate kids and prepare them for the future life in the right way.
- Produce NFL players.
For Franklin, 2017 should be the first "normal" year for him.
