I did this same thread last season---My teams top 5 in order
1) North Carolina State
2) Okie State
3) Northern Iowa
4) Missouri
5) Cornell
and I will add Iowa State in a few years once Dresser gets settled in.

West Virginia and Cornell would be two. I like a west coast tour every couple of years along with a south east tour.....NCST and VoTech.

Grow the sport. Blanket the country. Grow the slush fund

I was hoping for a Bo Nickal homecoming, which I guess would be Oklahoma as the closest to Allen TX? Chickenman, we'll grab Willie and CP, a few cases of Bud and Skoal, and make the 6 hour drive up IH-35.

I believe his parents moved to Kentucky.

Barnard College, Bryn Mawr College, Cedar Crest College, Mills College, and Mount Holyoke College. ;):rolleyes:

From a competition standpoint OK ST, Cornell and ASU would be up there.

From a help grow the sport standpoint, Fresno and another west coast school.

Did I see where Fresno State averaged over 4500 people per dual meet this year? They definitely have some support back there. Now if they can start to win - it could get real interesting - fast in the D1 world of wrestling.

Hard to believe with AJ out at Fresno, that we won't make a trip out there sometime.

In terms of teams I would most like to see them wrestle next year: OSU, Cornell, Missouri, NCS. I do like UNI's wrestling style as well. Colon was a delight to watch wrestle (still is in FS)!

Alabama, Boise State, Rutgers (all schools that need to get their act together :p )

At Fresno State & Stanford for our west coast kids.

ASU, NCSU, Mizzou & Cornell home and away spread over a few years would provide some big matches and a heck of a lot of f** to future schedules.

3. Locally / Regionally ....
Home & home series w/
Cornell

CU61, I would buy you multiple $9 Miller Lites there if that was the case (after I paid my $40 parking in cash only)
My son played several football games there. Regretfully, I was on the sideline with no access to beer, so probably saved me some cash. The $12 super nachos were worth it though.

UNI. If Iowa won't wrestle them at UNI then we should help them out -- for the good of the sport, of course. ;-)

NCST
ASU
ISU (Couple of years)
UNI
Campbell
Appalachian st (family lives near by) if there i am visiting. If here they visit.

Edinboro at Edinboro
Oklahoma State wrestled at a neutral site, let’s just call it Edinboro.
Cornell wrestled at one of the branch campuses, let’s say Behrend!:);)
