They seem to have accepted responsibility for the screw up and are taking steps to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Curious that they won't name the source of the problem, as outed on these boards, BOT chair (and convicted criminal) Mark Dambly allegedly giving no bid contracts to his friends to print the tickets. Instead they get Bahgdad Bob Jeff Nelson to give an "all is well" interview.

And how have they accepting responsibility for the screw up? I haven't seen any statement from the AD on the problem. What steps have they taken to ensure this doesn't happen again?

But they never sent anything to the ticket holders apologizing for the delay.

I received an email on Tuesday with the heading of your tickets are on the way. The body of the message was different and said they were in the process of mailing them and they should go out in the next few days.

Then when I called the ticket office on Thursday they said you received an email saying your tickets were mailed and then I called them out that the email said tickets were in the process of being shipped they then said well they should be sent in the next day or 2, Monday at the latest and you can always print them from your account if you don't get them.

That is really taking ownership of the problem no concern that you may have to send tickets to others
