It looks like, as expected, a number of Penn States 2024 recruits are making big jumps in the rankings (i.e. ON3)... some jumping to within the top 100 from "unranked"... but are still considered NR by Rivals ?
HECK... Ethan Grunkemeyer is still BARLY considered a top 30 QB... after being ranked top 3 by some at the Elite 11 !! ...and that's not even considering 3 to 6 OTHER recruits who are a LOT better than "Rivals" thinks thye are ! RIVALS? ...more like BOUGHT and PAID for !!
