I grew up in New England, I never saw a Penn State game until I arrived in State College as a freshman in 1968. I fell in love with the place from day 1, and was fortunate (maybe a bit spoiled?) enough to see back to back undefeated seasons in both my freshman and sophomore years. The folks in my class saw a lot of great games and great players, we were very fortunate to be there when we were. We saw three major bowl wins in our four years, not bad.
I hope to see another great season before I get too old to enjoy it.
