The first rankings came out three weeks ago tomorrow so I am guessing that the second set may come out tomorrow. Anyone know the schedule? There are scheduled to be four rankings so presumably one soon (tomorrow?), one before conference tourneys and one between conference tourneys and NCAAs. Seem right?

Was wondering the same thing, and I think you're right that 2nd coaches poll should be out tomorrow. Maybe the first RPI also. In past years I seem to recall they came at the same time.
Last year 2nd coaches ranking and initial RPI came out Feb 10, a Friday. Based on that, both should be out by this Friday.
Others have answered correctly. Here's the full schedule...though sometimes the info comes out a day early.
February 9 - Initial Full RPI and 2nd Coaches Ranking
February 23 - 2nd Full RPI, 3rd Coaches Ranking, and the Auto-Qualifier Allotments
March 9 - 3rd RPI, 4th Coaches Ranking, and the Brackets are announced live
Before any misunderstandings about the RPI, it's math, nothing more. Sort of a strength-of-schedule metric...it's not a ranking by any stretch...and 17 bouts in your championship weight class are required, so some wrestlers will be missing.
