Some time (years) ago it was Ray who was saying that at first the OAG told the Feds to backoff the TSM until the trials were all completed but after several months, when the feds realized they were being played, they began investigating the second mile regardless. Ray also claimed that when she became AG, the feds told Kane to keep her nose out of their investigation .

I thought Jack and Genovese confirmed they testified before the GJ in 2011.
