Im once more encouraged by the stories on up-tempo, puking, and all the things that might entail like less time standing and thinking / quicker decision-making/greater self-confidence and 4th quarter stamina.
Got the impression last year that the D was either uncertain, worn out, dispirited at times, or what have you, so the ability of the O to move the ball as well as just practicing against the faster paced O has to have multiple benefits for the whole team. Providing of course we don't give the ball back to the other guy faster by going 3 and out.
