Chris Schenkel and Bud Wilkinson along with Keith Jackson and Frank Broyles are no brainers. loved Curt Gowdy when he did the Rose Bowl. who else are the icons of college football announcing?

Whooooooah Nellie! And he's rumblin' stumblin' to the end zone for the touchdown! It's Keith Jackson FTW, without question the G.O.A.T. Harry Kalas did ND radio for many years - excellent. Get this - when he sticks to the game instead of his nonsense and doesn't slobber over nice-looking women in the stands, Musberger is actually pretty good.

I have the utmost respect for EPC but I know he's going to blow a gasket with this. Our guys, Steve and Jack, are the very best radio tandem there is. Jones had the chops to go national a long time ago.

Musberger. I love that man, especially after he publically defended Joe.

I really like the CBS Crew too, didn't Gary Danielson stand up for us also?

And I think Todd is fair. I will also go out on a limb on this board and say I like Kirk Herbstreit. I think he does a good job of covering up his homerism too.

Always loved listening to Keith Jackson but I liked Ara Parseghian as a color analyst. I always thought Wilkinson and Broyles to me always showed their conference and regional biases.

Without a doubt Ray Scott and George Paterno were a great team. Ray was the broadcaster for the Green Bay Packers during their hayday.

I don't understand some of the hate on this board for Herbstreit. He has been nothing but fair to Penn State through the years. Clearly his love for OSU comes through when he does one of their games, but so what. He is always fair. When Todd Blacledge does a Penn State game he is completely fair but there is no doubt where his loyalties lie.
