Hackenberg ain't running for 100 yards on Saturday, and PSU won't find the end zone. It was 17-0 at the half last year in Happy Valley. This year in the Shoe the Buckeyes finish the job. 34-0

Anyone watch any PSU? I watched them play Temple and was not even the slightest bit concerned when I realized their offensive line couldn't stop a nosebleed but does anyone know if they have improved at all upfront or at least found a way to hide their weaknesses? I know the OL was one of the units that was hit the hardest by the scholarship restrictions and it was certainly on display week 1. Reason I ask is because if its smoke and mirrors or they are using backs and tight ends to help in pass pro, then PSU is in for a bad night. We've seen flashes from each defensive lineman this season but I think Saturday might be the day Bosa, Washington, Lewis, and Co. simply take over and dominate the game. Hackenberg is prone to picks against OSU as it is and we may see more than a few if the line is still as bad as it was against Temple. I think PSU has the players on D to keep it close and I know their skill players, especially their WR's are pretty good but if Hack has no time against THIS line....it might get ugly quick. Any input on those more versed with PSU would be welcomed.
The stats aren't pretty. Hack is getting dropped once every 9 pass attempts-worst in three years. His INT's are way down but his completion percentage is barely above 50%. That's really bad going into a game where their offense is going to have to convert third downs. I thought this one might be close because PSU appears to coming around a little but the things they don't do well are really going to show up. I think OSU eats them alive. 49-10

Shutout incoming, Penn States offense is horrid. The last team they played with a decent defense was Temple, and well, Hackenberg became Sackenberg that day. First downs will be hard to come by. I doubt we'll see many QB runs; Hackenberg isn't that type of a QB. Not to mention this is a night game at the Shoe, and they've got a lot of young guys playing. They're walking right into the buzz saw.

I watched the hole game when they played temple and a little bit last weekend against Indiana. I think our D-line is going to eat against psu and considering Deamont had success running against psu, I believe if Barrett sees the field he will have simular success.
OSU will wear them down with zeke and laul them to sleep making them chase out athletes side line to side line. Penn st defense keeps it close early, but late in the 3rd quarter with their defense gassed, Cardale fakes to zeke or pump fakes a bubble screen and hits marshall for a home run.
Our defense will have a scoop and score from hack getting sacked and fumbling and I believe we will have a pick six.
Lets not forget fellow buck nuts........THE has been dissed all week by the media and on espn with the playoff picks and here we are in our black UNIFORMS on national prime time still ranked #1.......ummmmmmm
