it makes no sense at all. I think I related that I went to Canada and ended up being randomly selected for a COVID test upon entering the country. They sent me an email and directed me to a testing facility at the Vancouver airport. I didn't see the email and ended up losing almost a full day running around trying to figure out how to be compliant. They finally tested me via Zoom in my hotel room and overnighted my test to the govt. I left before the test results came back. That was on a Monday. They had announced two months earlier that the program was terminating that Friday. It was your typical govt goat rodeo waist of time and money.
