I am truly saddened by the knowledge that some of the people who conspired to send people into a grand jury room without representation are being caught up in this mess.

My question is do these people have something on Williams or know where his skeletons are located. It would seem this is about to blow up and get to be a very hot commodity that you don't want to be holding when it goes off. So I find it a little strange that Williams hasn't gotten rid of these people and only reassigned them. This could really come back to haunt him if he had ideas of running for higher office in a few years. Most would want this gone and out of the public eye quickly yet he seems to be almost pushing back on this.... Makes me wonder why and leads me to think they might know some skeletons about him....

Your posting of this link was clearly meant to vindictively draw attention to certain individuals who played a role in the Sandusky/PSU prosecutions or attempted to gain a seat on the PSU Board. What was your purpose other than to cast aspersions on people you obviously don't like. Seems to me all he was trying to do was keep those of us who are outside the Philadephia metro area in the loop as to what is happening there that could have statewide ramifications. I appreciate his taking on this civic duty.

Don't your realize that he can't help himself. Someone needs to tell Cruising that his posts and conduct are reminiscent of those who continued to rearrange deck chairs on the Titanic to the bitter end fully convinced the ship would never sink.
I, for one, appreciate the heads up, and I consider providing me with info about the state of the judiciary which has various PSU cases before it to be, if not the primary, then certainly a very important role for Mr. Lubrano to play. That you are butthurt because AL and his compadres are beginning to make some real strides in this matter is not troubling one bit. It makes me laugh. How dare you assume what Anthony is thinking and meant. This is what exactly you pound against around here for years now. You tell everyone that people should not assume anything and base everything on fact. Well all Anthony did was post a link that gave folks in the other part of the state might not have seen on some information on an open investigation. Yet you cast the same exact net now. Williams would seem to be making a distinction where no significant difference of fact exists,
which leads to the obvious question "Why?".
These people aren't stupid. There is a big difference between arrogance & hubris and "stupidity" (which implies ignorance or not knowing better). Ignorance and stupidity is not an excuse here - in fact it is not the root cause of the perpetrators actions. The "root cause" of the actions is arrogance, hubris, narcissism, etc... coupled with rotten and corrupt immoral characters...actually, the nature of their "values", or lack thereof - e.g., their "creed", life belief system, "philosophy of life", "morality", ethic, "culture"....or whatever else you wish to call it - is rotten and corrupted to the core, which is what allows them to act in this soulless, shameful and IMMORAL manner.

...Unlike your friends who claimed that the first time they heard about allegations against Sandusky was when he was indicted in Nov 2011. Perhaps if they'd shown more interest in Penn State related news like the March 2011 Sandusky story in the Patriot News they wouldn't have failed so miserably at fulfilling their duty to protect Penn State's interests.

Oh, you mean the PSU Board of Traitors that claimed it was the PSU Football Team, Athletic Department and Community at-large that had a "culture problem" (e.g., a lack of decency, values and morality) when that very issue was at the heart of this matter, but it resided with the parties making the fundamental accusations at PSU - a Office of Attorney General originally headed by corrupt and corpulent Tom Corbett and his merry band of scumbag prosecutors in unison with his like-minded, equally corrupt, rotten-to-the-core co-conspirators on PSU's Executive Committee of the BOT and the NCAA? Is that the morally-vaccuous scum that Anthony is being accused of tarring? It would be a little difficult for Anthony to do harm to the reputation of this chum beyond what their own self-serving actions clearly demonstrate.
