Duh..... my bad, didn't read the date of the article, at my age I "ain't as good as I once was"

PS. So anxious for the season to start that I jump on every scrap I can get, old articles and fake news be damned ;)

That makes two of us. I didn't notice the date, either. But, really, I don't things have changed that much for the best wrestling areas. I think after they named Lehigh Valley they didn't want to put another PA area on the top 10 list.

7 years ago... Around the time that Iowa fans eyes were opened up that wrestling was starting up in Pennsylvania. :p

How long has BWI been around? Same question about HR?
Tom, NoVa, and a few others could answer that question, at least for BWI. I've had discussions with them, but can't remember the exact year. It actually morphed a time or two from the earliest days. I joined BWI later, despite reading it for years. My home site at that time is long gone. After that, Scout became home, as far as forums ;), but now it's here.

Tom will remember the dates and who was who. In the 1990s there was the McAndrew/Eisensmith message board which was independent of BWI at that point. We actually posted using our actual names and included our emails. The good old days. At some point Blue & White Illustrated (at the time a print magazine covering PSU sports, mainly football) went online and later became part of rivals although I believe there was a different company first that was bought out by rivals.

As to us band wagon PSU wrestling fans androcles was there in 1953 when PSU won it's first team title. I wasn't born then, but I was in Rec Hall for the 1968 NCAAs where Gable won his first NCAA title.

Very cool. Thanks for sharing! How cool it must be to see the dynasty begin after all those years as a Lion fan.

Roar, so you consider here home now? I recently moved over because Scout was dead. I know there is not tons to talk about, but at least there are some discussions.

Yes, though I'm on Scout too, every day.

Doesnt take long to check Scout out and see no new messages. .
