Nate and I have been at Lasch for the past few hours. The media was invited to attend the final session of today's workouts, where we got to watch about 30 players max out in squat and also do the vertical leap.

I've got a bunch of info to go through, but below are the updated max out numbers for the team. I'm cutting a video now of Dwight Galt's interview and I also have some squat numbers that we got to watch today.

Here are some of the squat numbers I have. I have a few more than, too.

QB Will Levis - 7 reps at 395 pounds

RB Ricky Slade - 10 reps at 375 pounds

OL Bryce Effner - 9 reps at 395 pounds
OL Des Holmes - 6 reps at 425 pounds
OL Rasheed Walker - 8 reps at 435 pounds
OL Anthony Whigan - 7 reps at 340 pounds

DE Adisa Isaac - 8 reps at 355 pounds

DT PJ Mustipher - 7 reps at 385 pounds

Saf. Jonathan Sutherland - 7 reps at 445 pounds
Saf. Lamont Wade - 8 reps at 425 pounds

CB DJ Brown - 8 reps at 385 pounds

Other Notable Numbers

DE Adisa Isaac bench pressed 250 x 5. His max power clean was 285.

QB Will Levis bench pressed 275 x 6. His max power clean was 330 pounds

Saf. Lamont Wade bench pressed 285 x 5.

RB Ricky Slade bench pressed 265 x 6. His max power clean was 300 pounds.

OL Rasheed Walker bench pressed 320 x 2.

DE Jayson Oweh bench pressed 330 x 5. Very impressive.
