I feel there was really a coverup, McQueary was the key to it and had to be complicit. He deserves a sentence.
Maybe no one except Sandusky himself- not C/S/S, not anyone else. If people like Dr Dranov and Mr McQuery didn't quite know how to handle the vague information they had- and they didn't, apparently- and Sandusky had as many people fooled as he did; maybe nobody was actually a criminal here.
I went to a TSM fundraising dinner once, heard Sandusky speak, shook his hand, talked for a bit- and wrote a check. My two sons were at the time the age of some of his victims. Maybe that made me a chump, but I wasn't a criminal.
There is a lot of talk about how clever and devious some of these pedophiles are- yet we're always looking to blame someone else. Maybe THAT is the problem, and the real story.

If C/S/S are guilty of child endangerment, then McQueary, McQueary and Dranov are, too.

From the 2001 incident only, given C/S/S have been found culpable:
Heim, Raykovitz, and Kitty come to mind first and foremost. But McQ, McQ, and Dranov knew before even C/S/S, so they are right up there also.
And as Didier so astutely points out at times.... what about Harmon? That story has not been told, I'd guess.
But to me, once Jack knew, all others are off the hook from any criminal aspect. Except possibly Harmon, if there's anything there. Jack's the person who was so far wrong in his inaction and who, more than anyone, should have been more aware and diligent and proactive with whatever info Curley brought him.
Mark Emmert and Louis Freeh simply because they're both assholes
And BobPSU92 is the worst so he should get the longest sentence...and he should be barred from Munchkins for a year. That'll show him.
