Really dislike penalty kicks deciding matches. So lame. They need to adopt a system similar to minor league hockey. Remove players each OT period to open up the field and promote scoring. Decide it ON THE FIELD, playing soccer.

Back in the day, the shootout began at the 35-yard box and the player had to dribble the ball in before taking a shot. It was structured more like hockey shootouts are currently done than how penalty kicks are done. I like that approach better, as more skill and strategy are involved.
