One of the first few comments to this bizarre behavior by Strzok video hits the nail on the head. Strzok is of same twisted character as that rogue cop who pulls over targeted citizens for a minor borderline traffic infraction and ends up either verbally or physically abusing the driver. It would not surprise me one bit upon having a psychological evaluation that he shows sociopathic tendencies. Strzok belongs in a cell.
