That perennial top-5 program from the state of New Jersey gets another opportunity to step up. Me thinks Ohio State is similar to Iowa and Lock Haven, simply better than that New Jersey program.

Just wondering. When a Rutgers wrestling fan self declares the program a perennial top-5 program, is that in the entire state of New Jersey or just Middlesex County?
