This morning I find I cannot open your articles. I assume that means my subscription is expired. Ok, I've been subscribing to your site for maybe 20 years so I'll just renew. Imagine my chagrin when I can find no way to do it. Every year it's the same problem. I've just spent 40 minutes trying to figure this out. Granted, at 78 years old my computer skills are lacking but this shouldn't require computer skills. Should it??? When I try to re-subscribe, I'm taken to the Rivals site. Mmmmm, a whole new set of problems. A convenient button says "subscribe". Ok, click on that baby. Hmmm, it says again, "subscribe". Must have used the wrong click. Try again. Click "subscribe". Again I get "subscribe". No way to subscribe on this screen. They request the school I'm interested in. Ok, easy. A drop-down menu lists all the schools. Except Penn State. They do have PA High Schools, though. BWI, of course, evades the whole problem by listing no e-mail contact or phone number. My frustration has reached it's limit for today. I'll try again tomorrow. I'll probably figure it out and get resubscribed in 35 minutes.
