Great matches last night.

The Wisconsin vs. Louisville was a true classic. One of those matches where someone had to "not win".
Wisconsin caught a break late in set 4 with a "really close" over the net call. Louisville effectively blocked Rettke's slide shot which impacted Wiscy but to their credit, other players stepped up big time.

Nightcap with Nebby vs. sPitt and this old guy slept through sets 3 and 4. Nebby was a touch slow in set 1, but credit to their coaches and players as they adjusted in set 2 and knocked sPitt back on their heels.

I honestly felt that Nebraska was way underseeded - every time I watched them, they impress by playing great defense and just keep plugging. Those freshmen hitters are really something.

Saturday night - best 2 teams from the Big 10 (best conference from top to near bottom) face off for the championship. Should be a great match.

They said last night Wiscy beat Neb both times this year…..and Wiscy has never won a WVB National Championship. Personally will be rooting big-time for the Badgers, should be a great match whichever way it goes, both teams are playing exceptionally well right now!

Really like Russ and appreciate everything he has done. It is time though for a new conductor IMO.
