WVB: 30-1 Pitt loses to 7th ranked team in big ten-season over

The 2013 Mizzou team was undefeated going into the NCAA tournament. Many of their fans thought they had the national championship locked up. I told them they would lose in the 2nd round to a middle of the pack B1G team. They lost in the 2nd round to Purdue, who finished 7th in the B1G.

Except in basketball, pitt plays inferior competition in all sports. The ACC is a basketball league with Clemson in football being the only exception. pitt accumulates wins in a MAC level league and thumps their chest like they are a big time sports program. They aren't.

B1G is definitely best in women's volleyball and in wrestling right now. League overall looks good in basketball as well so far.
