Over-turns a call against PSU when replay showed ZERO evidence of a touch, let alone definitive evidence" and then doesn't turn over PSU's challenge at 23-21 when the ball clearly appeared to touch wood and then the UNL player hit the back of the ball with fingers after ball hit ground. What a joke.
