Not sure about glass in the lots, but I do know that they have a clear bag policy in the stadium. Be aware so no one gets turned away at the gate.

The park across from the Eagles Novacare training complex is a great place to tailgate and not bad for exiting after the game.

No problems last night tailgating over there with bottles. Though we were pouring them into plastic cups. But plenty of others were drinking out of bottles and no one said a word.
